Gelovani Overpass in Tbilisi - Marshall Gelovani Street and at the intersection of Sarajishvili street, two-level junction arrangement works

The Gelovani flyover is a 240-meter-long overpass. According to the existing project, cutting of up to 250 trees and plants was determined, and the construction of the overpass was calculated for one lane. As a result of the design change presented by the company, the cutting of trees and plants was avoided, the carriageway was widened into two lanes, elevators for disabled people were installed, it became easier for pedestrians to cross the carriageway on Gelovani Avenue, etc. 

100 steel structures, 3400 m3 of monolithic and precast concrete structures were used in the construction, waterproofing of the roadway was arranged on the area of ​​3900 m2, the volume of earthworks was 18000 m3.
