Within the framework of the "Renewed Regions" state program, in the cities of Imereti region – Zestaponi, Sachkhere, Chiatura, Kharagauli, Baghdati, construction works of rehabilitation facilities (2024)

Zestafoni - 27 addresses were rehabilitated, including 7 historical buildings. 14400 m2 of facade was painted, 1600 m2 of eclectic panels and 1000 m2 of composite facade panels were arranged, 1680 m2 of existing doors and windows were replaced, 1880 m2 were paved with natural stone, 2450 plants were planted, 1900 m2 of irrigation system was arranged, decorative facade lighting was provided to 8 buildings.

Also, 6 buildings of Zestaponi and 1 object have been restored, the walls separating Aghmashenebeli street, and the railway have been rehabilitated, and greenery has been arranged in its vicinity. The main square of Agmashenebeli street was greened up.

Kharagauli - 16 addresses were rehabilitated, including 7 historical buildings. Decorative facade lighting was done for 1 building, the sidewalks of Solomon King Street were paved with natural stone and 2 squares were rehabilitated, 3450 m2 of facade was painted, 240 m2 of eclectic and 250 m2 of HPL panels were arranged, 780 m2 of existing doors and windows were replaced, 2350 m2 were covered with natural stone.

7 buildings were restored in Kharagauli, 2 squares and sidewalks of King Solomon Street were rehabilitated.

Baghdati - 14 addresses were rehabilitated (including Baghdati City Hall), Tsereteli Street sidewalks were repaired, Mayakovsky Square was rehabilitated, and a central park with a fountain and a skate park was organized. 5400 m2 of facade was painted, 1040 m2 of eclectic panels and 150 m2 of composite facade panels were arranged, 1350 m2 of existing doors and windows were replaced, 3980 m2 were covered with natural stone, and 610 m2 of Baghdati City Hall was covered with tuff stone. 1790 plants were planted, 2700 m2 of lawn, 3700 m2 of irrigation system was arranged.

Akaki Tsereteli Square, Mayakovsky Square, Tsereteli Street sidewalks and the Central Park were rehabilitated, a 117 m2 fountain, a 343 m2 skate park and children's attractions were arranged in the central park.
